To develop a culture within female sport that prioritizes all aspects of health and creates a sustainable relationship with health for each and every athlete
Goals
​
1. Encourage female athletes to make positive decisions for their mental, social, physical, and emotional health.
2. Provide education and examples of sustainable approaches to eating and exercise with examples and tools to combat perceived challenges.
3. Provide education in various means to reach different kinds of learners: video, written, and podcast.
4. Provide education in areas of content specific to female athletes including; body confidence, nutrition, sleep, exercise, mental health, eating disorders, and relative energy deficiency.
5. While aimed at teen-aged athletes, make the information available to all female athletes as the relevance carries into other age groups.
